My experience of HIT with Simon has been phenomenal. The changes I’ve seen from just 20 minutes once a week seem impossible yet are real. Physique wise I’ve now got bicep muscles that can actually been seen, whereas before I could almost join my middle finger to my thumb around my bicep – that is now impossible; I’ve got the start of a 6 pack; in short, my whole musculature is looking more toned and defined. Little problems like periodic low back pain are a thing of the past, and physically I feel healthier and stronger than before. I leave each session knowing I’ve worked hard and that the benefits are accruing week on week. Each session just melts stress away. Illness wise whilst not a cure I now cope better within the limits of my illness and there are plenty of scientific studies linking improved fitness to better outcomes in practically any illness you care to mention.
